DISTINCTIVE MEMBERSHIPS FOR 2026
Competitive AWAY Member: $336.48 + HST
As with all competitive memberships, this membership must be approved by the Summer Coordinator. It allows members who don’t live in the Peterborough area to access up to 12 sessions a year at the club and to compete as part of a PRC crew. Regatta seat fees and transportation costs are not included. Transportation of boats to regattas incurs a $25 flat fee plus regatta entries costs.
Social Member: $26 + HST
For those who don’t row at PRC but wish to stay connected to the Club, through the newsletter, special occasions and social events. Ideal for people who can’t fit rowing into their life right now but still want to stay connected to the community.
Payments By INSTALlMENT
STATEMENT: Seasonal programs (Learn to Row and Return to Row) are to be paid in full at registration. Full membership programs can be paid by installment. Club members are encouraged to pay club fees through a single purchase; however, the PRC recognizes the financial burden these may impose on some of our athletes. If the club member chooses to pay by instalment they may pay based on the recommended installments below or if needed discuss alternative plans with the Operations Coordinator at peterborough.rowing.club@gmail.com
We strive to be an inclusive club. If fees are a barrier to participation, please speak with our Operations Coordinator.
Ultimately, failure to pay fees, as agreed, will render a member NOT in good-standing and exclude them from any club activities at the PRC (including practices and regattas).

Refund Policy
PRC Program Fee Refund Policy
1. Once a member has registered and provided payment to PRC directly or through the RCA based system, Association fees (Row Ontario & RCA) will be deducted from monies eligible to be refunded.
2. A full refund of program fees, less the Association fees, will be provided to any member if requested prior to the formal start of the respective recreational or competitive program, or prior to that member's participation in any manner in the program.
3. Once an individual has commenced participation in a program, a refund request will be accepted based on a logical explanation by the individual making the request.
4. Refunds will be prorated based upon the time remaining in the program less any forthcoming unrecoverable regatta fees incurred. For annual Club memberships, for the purposes of this policy the last on water Regatta (Head of the Trent Regatta) will constitute the end of the program.
4. All requests for program refunds must be made in writing to the PRC Operations Coordinator using the Club's general address: peterborough.rowing.club@gmail.com
