PROGRAM REGISTRATION 2024

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
You can find details of programs on their individual pages under the 'programs' drop-down menu at the top of this page.  All PRC registration is done online through the Rowing Canada Aviron Web Registration System (WRS).  Please follow these steps to register for a program:

STEP 1: Find a program
Identify the Adult/Junior program on this website that suits your experience, expectations and availability. 

STEP 2: Register
Click the 'Register Here' button above which will direct you to the Rowing Canada WRS. Find the program and dates for the session you want to register for, and click 'join' on the right hand side.  

STEP 3: RCA Login
NEW USERS: Create an account by clicking 'create account now'. Please create the account in the name of the person who is participating.

RETURNING USERS: Login to your existing account using your RCA # or username, and password.

STEP 4: Confirm details, and read & sign waivers
Review program details, read and agree to the terms in the consent form

STEP 5: Payment
Full memberships can be paid by installments. For process see Peterborough Rowing Club Fees page.

You can e-transfer program fees and/or boat storage costs to ptborowingclubpayments@gmail.com. Please include the participant’s name and reason for payment (e.g. registration) in the comments/message box. E-transfers are preferred to ensure all your membership fees go to the club. Online payments by credit card cost the club a service charge.

You can pay online through your RCA account with a credit card at any time. Just follow these steps:

• Login to your RCA WRS account

• Go to 'My account'

• Click 'Roles' and then select arrow next to 'Membership'

• Click on 'Pay/View Invoice' (towards the right side)

STEP 6: ROW!
Peterborough Rowing Club will confirm your registration.  Please let us know if you have any questions - peterborough.rowing.club@gmail.com. 

**Fees are paid by e-transfer or through the RCA website (or by cash/cheque in consultation with the Treasurer). All fees paid are considered non-refundable after memberships have been activated for a program. Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances as considered by the Club Treasurer or delegate. After activation any refunds are subject to a fee of $75.00 due to amounts already paid to Rowing Canada and Row Ontario

Note boat storage fees are non-refundable.
